I loved this location! It was convenient to the Tampa Convention Center and nearby restaurants, yet quiet and spacious enough for our group of six—including four of my “seasoned” ladies. 😂 The two downstairs beds were perfect for those who couldn’t manage the stairs often, while upstairs had plenty of room, even with the comfortable rollaway beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the large sectional and kitchen bench gave us plenty of space to gather. It truly felt more like home than an Airbnb. The hosts were extremely accommodating with parking passes, communicated anytime maintenance was coming, and even provided a thoughtful welcome basket. You can tell an experienced mother set this house up for success! 😂 There was a medical/emergency basket, coffee/tea/bar stations, easy-to-understand instructions, and even a backup option when my seasoned ladies couldn’t quite conquer the keypad. 😂 We stayed for a full week and honestly had no issues. As the designated “adult sitter” for a group of Sassy Seniors, this place gave me exactly what I needed—comfort, convenience, space, and peace of mind. I would absolutely stay here again! The parking was probably the only part that took a little adjusting. With the narrow pathway and sometimes having to walk around the outskirts to get back to the house, coming and going required a little planning. However, given the way the property and surrounding area are designed, there really isn’t much that could be done differently. The hosts did explain beforehand that it had more of an “alleyway” setup, but it was one of those things you really had to see for yourself to understand. Once we figured out the layout and planned accordingly, it was definitely manageable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group with three bedrooms plus an extra bed. The pool was a great bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and supplies, making it easy to prepare meals. Overall, the home was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our only minor complaint was that there was just one set of pots and pans, which made cooking multiple dishes at the same time a little challenging for our group.

Everything was very clean and pictures exactly like the house, owner was very responsive Not enough pots and pans, only a few spoons, it was a little farther away from places we seen but part of the drive I guess

We had a wonderful stay at Tampa Zen! The house was perfect for our group—everything we needed was already there and well-stocked. The backyard was beautifully maintained, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub every single day. We also loved having a grill and all the cooking supplies available. The beds were very comfortable, and the thoughtful snacks were a nice surprise. We came for a quick vacation, and the location couldn’t have been better. Being able to walk to the zoo saved us from paying for parking, which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again. The host was easy to work with and responded promptly to any questions. Highly recommend!
