We loved the place. Went with friends for a week of Spring season baseball and it was a perfect location for exercise, walkable to restaurants and bars, quiet neighborhood with a cozy feel. Loved it.

The place is beautiful, cozy and clean, little details do enhance the experience, like snacks, quality soap, sun screen, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and very residential.
Wade and his team is very professional and send out clear instructions on the step by step.
Saved for future visits to Tampa!

The house was great, very clean and super cute. It looks exactly like the photos. The location was close to TPA International and Raymond James stadium. The zoo is literally across the street. We heard an elephant once, but otherwise, you would have never known the zoo was there. The pool was lovely, my kids really enjoyed it. It being heated was a bonus since we stayed in late February/early March and it got chilly at night. Check-in and out was a breeze. I would recommend the house and would stay with this company at their other properties.

We love the location of this spot! So close to downtown Tampa and Hyde Park, we had everything right at our fingertips. Super responsive hosts and the unit was exactly as described. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Wade’s. It was only a one mile walk down to the Gasparilla festivities, so we didn’t even need to Uber or rent a car. It’s a quiet neighborhood, but you can easily walk to the happening areas. The rental was clean and had everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re coming to Tampa!

This place was our oasis in the middle of Tampa. Seemed to be 15-20 minutes from absolutely everything, yet very quiet and secluded. Will return on our next trip to Tampa

We were in town to watch the Eagles and Buc’s play. The stadium was less then 5 miles away and we were close to downtown. Everywhere we went was a hop skip and a jump..
The accommodations were plenty. I will definitely go back when my Eagles play the Buc’s again.

Wade was a life saver!! Very accommodating and responsive. We had originally booked a different Airbnb, but as a group of women we didn’t feel safe there. Last minute around 10pm, Wade welcomed us into his place and made the process so easy. The Airbnb itself was very nice, clean, and we felt extremely safe the entire time. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you again, Wade!

Great location. Nice to have own pool and space to relax. Size of house was large enough to be comfortable and small enough to spend time together as a family.

Little things mean a lot! Like the complimentary snacks to enjoy upon arrival, the use of pool towels or the umbrellas to use in case of rainy weather (which we used). Zen at Zoo Tampa was great. My family and I were very comfortable at Wade’s place. It was very clean and well appointed for our needs. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to prepare meals when needed. Good restaurants were a quick drive. The zoo is literally across the street and is walkable. The beach was a quick drive as well but the pool was the best. We thoroughly enjoyed having the private pool. Pool floaties were available and the covered porch made for great pool days. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we encountered no issues. Communication from booking to check out was great. There were no surprises and expectations were set from the beginning. I will definitely book this property in the future.
